The Logan Nation was first issued in April 1890 as a daily newspaper, with Harry E. Baker as editor. By 1892 it was a semi-weekly. After switching editors several times, the Nation was described by the Provo Enquirer in 1894 as being "more newsy than ever." The paper ran until the early 1900s but the exact date of its demise is unknown.
We extend our thanks to the Utah Division of State History for their generous donations of funding and the loan of the original newspapers for scanning.
