Published at Green River, Utah by the Green River Publishing Co. Inc., the July 21, 1955 issue says that it is the 'anniversary issue'; thus the newspaper may have been started in 1954. Gene M. Davis is listed as the publisher, Dorothy L. Blake, the editor, and Miss Ramona L Davis as business manager.
The last online issue is dated March 1, 1956 with Gene M. Davis as editor and publisher and Miss Ramona L Davis as business manager. Mrs. E. B. Simonson, Mrs. Barbara Ekker and Mrs. Beth Nielsen are named as contributors.
